lloop.online (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement and our process for removing or disabling access to infringing material.

Reporting Copyright Infringement:

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on lloop.online, please notify us by providing a written notice (“DMCA Notice”) containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as the URL of the infringing material).
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification:

If you believe that material you posted on lloop.online was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification (“DMCA Counter-Notice”) with us. The DMCA Counter-Notice must contain the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Counter-Notice, we will promptly provide a copy of the DMCA Counter-Notice to the person who filed the original DMCA Notice. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original claimant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on lloop.online, we will replace or cease disabling access to the material.

Please note:

  • Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing or was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
  • This DMCA Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you have questions about your rights or obligations under the DMCA, you should consult with a qualified attorney.
